Before you book
What should I have ready?
Where the cleanout is, if you know. If not, we'll find it. Any earlier camera report helps too.
Do I need to be home?
For the camera visit, yes, so you can watch the screen. For lining day, someone should be reachable by phone.
Sewage is backing up now. What do I do?
Stop using water, and call during working hours. If the office is closed, leave a message with your address, and Natalie calls first thing.
